The Open Modeling Framework (OMF) is a set of Python libraries for simulating power systems behavior with an emphasis on cost-benefit analysis of emerging technologies: distributed generation, storage, networked controls, etc. The code can be retrieved from GitHub. IEEE Common Data Format
A partial description of the IEEE Common Data Format for the Exchange of Solved Load Flow Data was exported from University of Washington Power System Test Case Archive and can be downloaded here.
